What should one do to help relieve the agonies of one's job and one's supervisor?

As in probaby everyone's job, I've been really stressed and and want to quit! What can/should I do to hang in there and calm down?

    First, everyone has a bad day or bad days; picture them with tar and feathers on or a big wart on the center of their forehead; don't give into the satisfaction of quiting and leaving yourself high and dry; take a break; deep breaths; think of something that makes you happy to bring a smile to yourself; brush up on your resume and look to leave a job that is making you unhappy; the physical risk to yourself isn't worth all the money in the world if this continues on and on and on; we all have limited days on this planet and we shouldn't waste them on a jerk; don't let someone have the power over you to make you unhappy and miserable; take the time to find a job where you will be appreciated if this is a constant problem; better jobs are out there; don't give into the temptation to quit and give this individual the power over you; take the bull by the horn and make your career, job worth going to everyday. Be happy is the best revenge. Some people are miserable in their own life and need to try to take everyone with them; it is like a cancer that needs to grow; resist; you are better than that - hang in there but do what it takes to make yourself happy even if that is a new job down the road. Know that you are more than a job! Good Luck !

    if it really stresses you and has been doing it for a while I wouldn't to stay there, find a new one. Or perhaps a new position withing the same company. Just don't stay in a place where that makes you unhappy.

    I hate my co-worker from hell. I do my job and make sure its done right. I drink tea it lowers daily stress a lot, keep busy and your mind away can help to think about your family and friends or love one can help.
