I have tried all kinds of things in my life to lose weight but I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise. But to tighten up the stomach which you want to do is to do scrunches at home with your feet being held down by someone or locked under the couch. This is still the best and by far the cheapest way to tighten it up.

A good diet and I'm not talking about the designer ones where you only eat or drink one kind of food or drink, try to cut down on the amount of fats in short just cut down and walk don't run or jog (it causes too much damage to the joints) brisk walking is the best and do some sit ups

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. it's easy if you really want it. count your calories. find out how many you actually need, and eat less than that by about 500 calories per day. you cannot focus your "fatloss" on one area, but if you tend to gain weight on your belly, you will lose it there! check out this link. there is a lot of useful info for you! (btw when they say "sedentary" they mean if you don't work out at all, not that you are sitting all day)

    good luck to you!
