Help for my 7 month old son!?

oh your poor little sweetie! Well I too have a baby that is teething. (8 month old). She actually does not cry much at all about it. I did not know she was teething until i saw her teeth! But when she does get cranky I give her a wet washcloth, she take sit and chews on it for ever! I have never heard of a pill, but i guess you could ask your pharmacist. (they are great for giving advice!) also ask your pedi was is safe for your baby. If Tylenol is not helping relieve the pain , maybe it is something else. Not sure. But in any event hope all works out with your baby, I can imagine how tough it is, but have patience he will be better soon! Take care

it could be a few things...my son didnt start sleeping through the night until be was 10 months old...it sucked...yes it could be teething...baby oragel, tylenol doesnt really cut it..the only true relief i have found it those teething rings you put in the fridge or any type that they sell at walmart...babies need something to gnaw on to help ease the pain...

also, you will go through many nights of your child waking up for a while...my doctor explained it to me that when kids start to grow, they have trouble sleeping at night....thats why when we were kids, we would get growing pains, in our legs and arms that would wake us up from a dead sleep...so it could very well be the teeth or he is hitting a growing spurt...like with all kids, it takes time and patience, it seems that it will never end, but it will pass in time

I know the feeling. I have been doing this for 4 months now. The teething tables I use are called Hyland's Teething Tablets and they work great. I am in the US so I am not sure if you can find them. You can probably order them on line. They are homeopathic and usually knock my little guy right out. Hopefully that will help.

not sure if the is avaliable in your country however in Australia we i used bonjella its a cream that goes on the gums really good stuff. Seek medical attention from the chemist they will advise you on the best stuff.

Sleeping patterns change all the time remember your 7month old is noticing his environment more and may just want to be closer to you. enjoy...

Tylenol never did much for my daughter either. I use Motrin instead, it seems to work better for her. Maybe you can try that tonight and see how it works. Good luck though, I know how it is to not get any sleep.

I was lucky with my 3 that they had the diarrhea when they were teething and never fussed. But I did use Popsicles and teething rings that I had in the freezer to chill.Sorry I couldn't help much.

I agree with the bonjella also a cold teething ring helps.

"Little Teethers" is what I use for my 8 mo. old. You can find them in the same section as the baby Orajel. They are all natural and disslove right under his tongue. Usually he sleeps better afterward too.

I would ask your pharmasist coz they'll have a good knowledge of all the products available to give you the best choice.
