What is an easy and yummy way to make a boneless ham?
I usually put greenbeans, potatoes and onions together, cut up the ham, and cook it that way but today I was wanting to try something new...any ideas?

Place whole cloves in ham. Put about 1/2 cup or more of brown sugar (the more sugar you put the sweeter the ham), Squeeze some mustard on the top and spread it into the brown sugar. Pour orange juice over the ham. Cover with foil and bake in oven til done.

Here's one for ham and scalloped potatoes. Ham and cheese were meant to be together. It's from the Kraft website, so it should be easy. You should still have enough ham left over to use for ham sandwiches the next day.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 lb. red potatoes, thinly sliced (about 12 cups)
8 oz. Ham, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 cup frozen peas
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes, ham, 1-3/4 cups of the cheese and peas; stir gently to coat all ingredients.
SPOON into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
BAKE 1 hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender.

I put it in a roaster pan with a little bit of water in the bottom and put brown sugar on top. Bake it for a little while. When it is done take the ham out and slice it. Then I make mashed potatoes and gravy to go with it.

You can also cook a boil dinner, ham, carrots, onion, cabbage, and potato, put in dutch oven(pan) cook on top of stove until veggies are tender, usually 1hr. med heat.

how about dice the ham and make a salad with romain or arugula lettuce and add greenbeans and onions and broccoli ham and alittle cheddar on top
or make corn brean muffins with ham and cheese pieces in side
or ham slices with egg cheese on biscuits or english muffins
or ham and cheese sandwich
or ham to grilled cheese
or make a pizza with ham slices on top
or cover the ham with a brown sugar and tasty layering on the skin and serve with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh steamed greenbeans or sweet peas

This is going to sound completely nuts but it's easy & it's really good. Put the ham is a baking dish, pour a Sprite soft drink over it & bake at 300 degrees until done. My coworker told me to try this & it was great. Also, add some pineapple if you like. I do this with large hams at Christmas.

Slice it up and mix with pork and beans. Heat in oven. If you use Bush's Baked Beans you wont need to doctor them up. Also try a casserole wirh scalloped potatoes or au graten.
Heres another easy one. Ham and Cheese omelette.
3 eggs.....1/4 cup diced ham....salt and pepper to taste....dab of milk.....mix all together. In a small skillet or omelette pan....melt a table spoon butter or marg.....add ham and saute a few mins..... ,
Add egg mixture. Make sure heat is pretty high. Move raw egg to edge and cooked egg to center. When it stops flowing, cook to let it set up. When firm, flip and pit in 1/4 cup cheese of your choice. Folf in half and slide onto plate. Delicious!

You can use this glaze for a boneless ham too, just bake for a bit less time. The glaze is awesome.
Best Glazed Ham
1 (10 lb.) cured ham, bone-in
Glaze:
1½ c. brown sugar
3 tsp. spicy brown honey mustard
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
4 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh sliced ginger
hand full of cloves
Soak ham in water for 2-3 hours changing water every 45 minutes. Pat dry. Place ham cut side down in large roasting pan. Score ham in X’s w/ sharp knife, and place whole cloves in scored corners. Place all glaze ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Gently and slowly pour glaze over ham, making sure it is totally glazed. Bake 4 hours at 300ºF.. Tent with foil if browning too quickly during last hour. Serve with warm rolls.

Fried Rice with Ham
Serves 4.
3 large eggs, lightly beaten w/ 2 tsp. waer
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Coarse salt to taste
4 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally (both white and green parts)
4 garlic cloves, minced
5 oz. ham, thinly sliced and chopped
4 cups cold cooked rice
¼ tsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil, swirling to coat. Beat eggs, with 2 tsp. water and ½ tsp. coarse salt. Cook in skillet, moving cooked eggs aside gently to allow raw eggs to run in their place, about 2 minutes. Transfer to plate; when cool enough to handle, cut into strips.
In same skillet, heat remaining Tbsp. oil. Add garlic and scallions, heat and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ham and rice, season with salt and sesame oil, and cook until very hot, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Add vinegar, peas, and eggs, cook until very hot, about 2 minutes.
