Best guess.. Two years custody, suspended on completion of short term (residential) diversion/intervention program (30-90 days depending on the program and performance while there), supervised probation for remainder, drug rehabilitation/testing, community service, and a good butt-chewing by the judge which includes a warning to never be seen before the bench again.
Show up at court in gang colors, roll your eyes at the judge, or use profanity in court and you'll snag about 6 months in a JDC (detention center), minimum.

I believe this individual will most likely be in juvenile custody until the age of 18 for the possession charge,.due to the fact she has priors of assault.
But if she or her family can show and prove that she is an addict, that she would like rehabilitation,
and that she sincerely desires help for her anger and drug problems, than I believe the judge reviewing the probation officer's pre-sentencing report ,and family's intervention and concern, can and would consider options, as it is the view of the legal system, that a juvenile be given the opportunity to rehabilitated and become a productive citizen rather than another statistic,of the endless recidivism rate for juveniles not afforded, a chance to change their lives. Therefore i would advise you to accept being committed to a live-in Drug Treatment Program(24) months and probationary conditions upon completion, with stipulations that a violation of the terms would send you to Juvenile detention until the age of 21.

You know as well as anybody the answer you posted doesn't have an ounce of substance to believe. A child or minor cannot be charged with a crime only the parents are. Maybe a particular conflict is really between a politician and an outsider. Better to use a question rather than an answer without substance.

If I were the judge it'd be the big house for a long time.
6 assault charges I suppose when an adult she can brag about the number of killing before a judge solves the problem.

Six prior assault charges? Can you say anger management problem? And now drugs? I doubt the judge takes much pity and gives the max sentence for the drug charge.

I should hope she is tried as an adult, then should get about
240 months confinement=that 20 years
fines of $650.00
credit for timed served
Have to do 75% of the adjudged time.
