Why is it when we talk to God we are praying, but when God talks to us we are put into the loony bin?

Most people including Christians who are not correctly taught do not believe God talks to us personally and that we can hear Him. Jesus Himself said in John 10:14,16 that He is the Good Shepherd and we are His sheep and as His sheep we hear His voice. In Rev 3:20 Jesus challenged Christians to hear His voice and open the doors (of our ears). In the letters to the seven chuirches in Rev 2 and 3 the challenge was given to all Christians 'he who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.' When you can hear from God you are not loony but on the right track with God. Many Christains have derailed themselves from God because they think that God does not talk to them. Which father does not want talk to his children and build up a good relationship with them. God is our Father and He certainly wants to communicate with everyone of His chuldren

So you beg for attention by making a mockery of religion and claiming you have an 800 number to God's front desk. Then get pizzed off because they give you the attention you asked for. Sounds like you need to be there. try this next time 1(800)dumb-azz.

I don`t know of anyone, thats ever been put in the looney bin for that, there are a lot of people who hear God and obey him, he talks to our heart, and leads us by the Holy spirit.

Because society is terrified of the answers God will give us.

So society pretends the one God speaks to Is deranged.

Because most people that claim to hear voices are not words from God but from demons. God speaks to humans through his inspired word the Bible. If you want to hear anything then study the bible. That is why it exists.
