you push your tounge to the roof of your mouth, then you definately sorta blow and carry your breath on a similar time. (that is kinda difficult to describe) then you definately progression your mouth in diverse the thank you to make the Donald Duck sound/voice. wish this permits.

I press my tounge to the side of my mouth by my teeth and blow air out my cheek. It's really hard to explain, actually. I guess you kind of just have to figure it out.
