would i get compensation?

i was in a car accident and was injured (whiplash) my jaw is still swolen now after two weeks. been to the doctor and hospital straight after accident.

i have been told i can get compensation as i have been off work as well. iam in pain all the time and totally annoyed by the driver who hit the car i was not driving but a front seat passenger.

how would i go about claiming and is it worth it, how much would i get.

i am not a money grabber, iam just panicing as i have all my bills rolling in and no money to pay them.

Thanks

Talk to the person who was driving. Their insurance should cover passengers as well. You should get paid for time missed from work, and for hospital bills. If you do not think they are offering you enough, consider talking to a lawyer. There are a lot of them that specialize in car accidents, and most of them won't take any money from you unless they win your case.

Whose fault was the accident? If the other driver was at fault, seek compensation through that driver's insurance company.

See a lawyer who specializes in this, protect yourself because any money you receive can be claimed by your health insurance
