Anorexics want some control in their lives, so they control their food intake. If you want to stay healthy, you need to find something else to do that you have complete control or---find a hobby, read, do yoga, cook, whatever when you get stressed out. If you start to relapse, get help for a therapist asap.

Talk to your family, friends, and doctor. Consider getting a therapist that you can call and get an appointment with whenever you feel like you are relapsing. Drink some boost or ensure throughout the day and try to eat small amounts at a time until you can work your way back to a full regular meal. Please seek help.

Try some yoga. Just eat light meals like five times a day. You don't have to eat a ton to remain healthy but you do need at least 1200 calories. Try to relax.

Talk to family friends and your counselor. Family and social support is important. What is stressing you? If you can't rid your stress learn how to cope. Copeing can be hard when one isn't sure how to. Use your family, friends and counselor for support and advice.
