Whatever happened to Notre Dame player known as "the Rocket"?

His NFL career ended in 2002 when Ismail was cut and thus he 'retired' at only 33 years of age.

Raghib ISmail. Played in the league for a while with the Oakland Raiders, he was ok at best. he was mainly there as a punt/kickof returner. I heard that he played in canada for a while in the CFL after he left the NFL

Raghib ismail.... Won the heisman too i think. but is considered on that long list of NFL top picks that were busts, right at the top. With Gino toretta, Brian bosworth, Johnny Mitchell, Ryan Leaf, Peter warwick, and on and on.. "Rocket" was one of the biggest failures. He's out of Football now.

Rocket Ismail, yeah I remember him. He started with Green Bay, I believe, then with Carolina. I believe he is long gone. Yep, gone. Not listed in the NFL section of Yahoo. Neither is his brother Qadry.

He last played for the Cowboys in 2001

He played several Years with the Raiders prior to joining the cowboys

He is not playing, he is an analyst for ESPN I believe. That could also be Qadry I see on ESPNNews all the time, but I do believe it's the Rocket.
