A guy seems like he wants to talk to me...but....?
Ok, this guy started walking by me when I'm on break and he looks directly at me, smiles says hi, and keeps walking. He'll turn around and look at me and smile...but keeps walking. I'm 36, I've dated plenty, but I've never encountered something like this. I can't make the first move. I tried, but....I lost my nerve. I've asked friends and they say to drop something as he walks by, or ask him for the time....stuff like that. I can't do it! What would be a good way to get this flirty guy to STOP and talk to me. I do smile and say hi back and watch him walk away! Drivin me crazy!

Listen to your friends... Just drop something on the ground as he walks by... He'll stop to pick it up, you say "Thanks", and hit him with the smile, and that doe-eyed look that women do to make mens knees weak... He'll probably take it from there...

next time he says hi, say hi back, and introduce yourself, and he will do the same, then ask what he is having for a break or do. or take extra of whatever you to take to your break and share with him.

Invite a couple of people to lunch and make sure he's one of them. Maybe in a group, he will be more likely to socialize with you.

Ya know, it might be cheesy but I am voting for the drop something... seriously, I've done this recently and believe me, it worked out for the better. :-) Good luck!
