the best thing to do is work out no matter what. and start yourself on a healty. the biggest misconception is that you can eat whatever you want, that is not true. before you do anything major like a surgery you should definatly talk to someone about your emotional health. im sure that you have gone though alot in life, and you have to be healthy on the inside as well as the outside.

Hi, no matter what method you choose, the end result is weight loss, and massive weight loss can produce sagging of the skin depending of your skin quality, and many other factors.

Weight loss is weight loss either way. Neither of them will "shrink" your skin with the procedure.

ditto on the above response... your sagging skin condition will happen no matter which one you use.
Just figure on a "victory surgery" when you've lost enough weight!
