Roommate problems....?
I moved in w/ someone and I have paid 400 a month for 6 months to come to $1600 I ended up paying $1675.00.
We never had a lease and I am paid in ful and move out. We agreed to bi weekly payments and I just moved out because she lost her job and wanted me to give her one payment of $400 instead of bi weekly.
Because I have moved out PAID IN FULL and w/o a lease is there anything she can do to me?
lol I have all the carbon copies and bank statements proving when rent was paid.
sorry 4 months

Not having a lease does not mean that you do not have notice requirements when moving out.
The required notice period is generally the same as the rental period, which in your case would be two weeks.
As long as you gave her two weeks notice, I don't see a problem.
Many people seem to believe that the fact that you have nothing in writing works for you. That isn't always the case. Most times it works against you and not for you.

Nope as long as your name is on NO Legal document related to the address that ties you in as been liable there is nothing to stand against you.....

if there is no lease and nothing in writing then there is nothing she can do to you. why are you worried about it if you're paid in full?
