Getting taller?
I'm 14 years old between the height of 5 foot 11 and 6 feet, any way for me to grow even taller? I have this weird thing about tall heights. I want to reach a height of 6 foot 6. Some people I've met who were 6 foot 3, they said they were 5'11'' at 14 so I'm thinking that I will only be 6 foot 3. I want healthy tips on how to grow taller.

around the age of 14 you eather get a big groth spirt or you start slowing down. I say take a look at your parents if they are both tall most of the time you will be taller then them if they ar both short odds are that you will be just a little shorter. And if you have one tall parent and one short one then you will most likely be just average. but average is good. The average hight is 5'11". But from what it sounds like is you will be up in the 6' area. Now 6'6" that is a little tall, I am 6' something and I have a hard time even doing some things and there are some times that I would like to be shorter, but at the same time I like being tall.
Also if you ever get to the point that you do stop growing and you do not think that you are as tall as you would like then just find some shoes that have a thicker soul on them and it will make you feel taller, and go for the vertical stripes they will make you look taller then you really are.

Increase the calcium in your diet. Calcium helps with bone growth and could help you gain stronger bones and possibly even a little more height. The height may not be noticeable with calcium alone but it could help if used in conjunction with other ways to increase height. Eat leafy greens. Vitamin K is found in most leafy greens, including spinach, broccoli and asparagus. Vitamin K is important in growing large, healthy bones because it allows your body to produce osteocalcin, a protein supplement. Exercise regularly, focusing on your lower back and stomach. Strengthening these areas of the body helps stretch your vertebral column. Hope useful for you.

Have a word with your pituitary gland (I think that's the one which controls how tall you become!)
