I can relate. I too have been suffering for years with severe pain during my period. Sometimes putting me in bed for a day some times 2. I have second thoughts on surgery because it can come back. Birth control pills have terrible side effects. So I have turned to research. I have found that a simple over the counter hormone daily supplement has been the best discovery yet. I have been pain free for weeks! There are several out there such as "Estroven". That is basically what endometriosis is. It is that your hormones are off balance causing your endometrio lining to thicken. Please try this, it will help.

I had endometriosis which for me caused severe hemorrhaging and periods that lasted week or more. I had a total hysterectomy which was my best day, no more periods. I had bad periods from day one and had 3 kids by c-section and the endometriosis was not only in my uterus, but spread throughout my abdomen. The only true way to know is from your doctors exam. Good Luck.

Each women has different symptoms with endometriosis. For example, I have severe and agressive endo. My symptoms which happen the first two days of my period and very severe. I have trouble doing #2 also during my pain.
The only way to be diagnosed is to have a laproscopy. At that point the endo will be treated as much as possible. Your doctor can then start treatments for you until you find one that works for you. Good Luck!!!

Maybe it is extra digestion than reproductive. The muscle groups to your uterus agreement to allow out the blood, it additionally influences the muscle groups that aid transfer meals by way of your small and enormous gut. I might endorse consuming tons of water and getting tons of fiber. If it is reproductive, it might be something, or not anything. Damn this being a lady :)
