not always. u could have just had a bad day, u ite hav been a lil depressed, but u also could have been bored or tired but not able to fall asleep. its not unusual to get depressed, just think of good things and always think of the bright side. if u keep feeling depressed for a while, see a doctor or a phycyatrist.

In most cases, the answer to this question would be yes, but that doesn't apply to all cases like this.
There is no definite link as of yet between sleeping problems and depression, even though it is true that people with depression often have sleeping problems and/or people with sleeping problems often have depression.
Go see your doctor 1st to determine the real cause of your sleeplessness as it could just be a mineral/vitamin deficiency or a hormonal deficiency.
Try to stay away from the sleeping pills and any OTC drugs in general until you find out what is really wrong with you.

This could be a sign of depression and anxiety. It is good to go to a psychiatrist he could help you diagnose and give you recipe of medicines if he thinks you need them. Therapy is also good. I suffer from depression and anxiety. When I am in a classroom I keep on looking to my watch because I want the class to go fast I don´t know for what, because the next activity I do I also want it to go fast.

it might be, you need to talk to a doctor about why you feel like this and address why you want each day roll on to the next. If your not happy you need to address whats made you this way, talking is a brilliant way to shake off some of your worry and make you undrestand your self a little better, do talk face to face with people about this and a hope you feel better soon
