How soon can you take a pregnancy test?

The box will tell you that it will give results before a missed period. I really doubt there would be enought HcG in the urine at that time. I work in doctors office and we have highly sensitive test but mine did so show positive until 2 days after my missed period. My friend kept taking a home test everyday and it did not give a positve until she was 5 days late. I know it is hard, but donlt waste your money on a test before you have even missed your period yet.

The above answers are great, but I just wanted to let you know that if you are as anxious about pregnancy tests as I am, you can buy them at a store called Dollar Tree for $1 each. I am in the DC area, so I don't know if you have that store near you. But if you do, definitely check it out. I questioned whether they would be any good, but they are recommended on www.peeonastick.com, and people have submitted pictures of various positive tests on there.

You'll have to wait at least 8-10 days before you test (based on the fertile days you mentioned), but good luck!!

take the test 2 weeks after ur fertile days or a couple days before ur period...good luck!
