How can we stop political campaign phone calls??

We have the national do not call list, however polititians are exempt as well as those doing "polls". Is there anyone out there that can tell me where to start a campaign to STOP the calls so that the average working man can have their privacy and not get these annoying phone calls. ITS NOT FAIR that they are able to intrude into our homes. Intrude on my home phone of which I pay extra monthly to be private. THE LITTLE MAN MUST SPEAK UP AND STOP THESE POLITICAL SOLICITORS PERIOD.

First contact your local County Recorders office and tell them to remove your phone number from your Voter Registration. Also tell them you want to "opt-out" from all mailings, emails and phone calls.

Second contact the party (Dem/Rep) and tell them you want to "opt-out" of all of their mailings, emials and phone calls.

It's too late for this election but hopefully it will reduce the number of annoyances on the next election.

Just don't answer the phone until after Tuesday. Thank God, it'll all be over then!! I'm so sick of it all, too! I've gotten calls from everyone from the candidates themselves to Ashley Judd campaigning for them. I'm so tired of it, too! 2 days though!

in case you have caller identity, verify it in the previous answering the telephone. in case you do no longer recognize the huge variety, do no longer p.c.. up. in case you have a cellular telephone, swap it off once you could no longer take calls. in case you have a landline, take the telephone off the hook once you're busy, or contained in the direction of lunch or dinner.

it is the price we pay to have 60% of the American population go out and vote.

if politicians did not do this what would that percentage drop to?
