Trying to conceive.... Started taking the home ovulation test 6 days ago and got 3 "low" fertility results and yesterday got a flashing smiley face which means "high fertility." Same result today which is normal because in the past, I've gotten a couple "high" days before "peak fertility" days. Anyway, we had sex yesterday since it was high, but this morning when I tested, when I wiped, there was some blood. It's odd because it's not like period blood. I've worn a liner all day and no blood on it, but some slightly when I wipe. If I am just getting my period, would this alter the ovulatin showing high days if I've already ovulated? I'm not regular so I never know when I am ovulating or not but my breasts started hurting a week or so ago which has always been a sign of ovulation for me so that's why I started the tests. Not sure if the blood is just from the sex (it was rougher than normal). I just hate getting my hopes up just to be disappointed and yes, we've already been to Drs, had IUI's, etc.

It's tax time again. This will be the first year my husband and I will be filing after getting married. Which is better.....married filing separately or married filing jointly? I've never really understood the difference between the two. We don't have anything complicated.....just a condo, car, etc. No stocks, we don't own a business, etc. just wondering how we'd come out better.

What are opinions about buying used (eBay, Amazon, etc ) rather than new ?

How can you tell if you're having or had an abnormal period or are having/had a miscarriage if you don't know if you are/were pregnant? If you've had irregular periods all your life and have been trying to conceive...how would you know?

First day of my last period was July 25. I took Clomid as prescribed on days 3-7 so that last day would have been July 31. We had sex on the days we were supposed to.....days 9, 11, 13 , 15 and 17 (last day being Saturday, Aug 10). When should I start taking a pregnancy test? I don't want to get my hopes up and take one too soon and get a negative. I've never had a regular cycle so I'm not sure when to test.

We are going on a cruise in November leaving out of New Orleans. Where are some close, but reasonably priced hotels near the port?

I've got $3000 saved up but it's in an envelope hidden in my room. I need to get it put somewhere a bit safer. What's the best option....savings accounts, IRA, CD....? I want to be able to get to it if I ever need it and get it it easily without hassle so I don't want something where I can't touch it for x number of years. I'd like to find something where the money would grow, though. Can anyone give me some advice?

I bruise so easily. For example, I might slightly hit my arm or leg on something and then almost immediately, I'll have the bruise the size of a half dollar. The bruises I get are very dark, too not light. It seems to be extreme considering the injury. I was wondering if that's a symtom of anything or if it's just me. Any ideas?

I've heard people say that you can't truly be in love with someone if they aren't in love with you back. Can someone explain that to me? I know how I feel about a certain someone and it doesn't change my feelings for him just because they're not reciprocated. I'm 28 so this isn't "puppy love" or some teenage crush. Anyway, he and I are really good friends now after dating, but I don't understand how someone can tell me that I'm not in love with him or can't be truly in love just because he doesn't feel the same for me. Just wanted to get some observations.

Can you really make a successful career out of it to where you can have security in paying your bills each month and provide for your family and live comfortably?

I've tried the washing machine, but it didn't seem to do too well. I was thinking about the dishwasher? After all, you can wash hats in there with those hat things! Mine are white if that makes a difference.
