2 weeks after ovulation...no period, but preg test was negative...?
Was supposed to have an IUI on Jan 20, but couldn't, but was instructed by the nurse to have sex the next 3 days (Jan 20-22) which we did. Per the ultrasound, the egg was ready on the 19th and I was given the trigger shot. A little over 2 weeks later, no period, but the pregnancy test was negative today. Am I testing too early? I will call my Dr Monday if still no period and a negative test still, but was just wondering.
Not sure what the actual ovulation date was, but I would assume it was the 20th since the egg was ready on the 19th and I was given the trigger shot.

Ovulation will have occurred between 24 & 36 hours after the trigger shot.. By rights you should have a positive by now.. to be sure, change brand & re-test.
