Why is it your dream to settle in the U.S.? Where are you from? Your English seems OK but are you a native speaker? Do you have a thick accent?
A lot of people find things here different from what they expected. You may have a lot of trouble finding work if you don't have a green card. Illegal aliens tend to do menial labor for low wages.
Think about the things you like about the U.S. and see if you can make your life wherever you are now more like you imagine the U.S.
