Connery was the best, the 'gold standard' of Bonds. And Timothy Dalton was also fine. Roger Moore, as much as I like him as an actor, always seemed too uninvolved to be a good Bond. Brosnan was fine but his scripts were terrible.

I know, I suck, but I loved Lazenby over all the others. He just seemed so sincere; his was the only Bond that really seemed to give a rat's patoot about what was happening to the world around him. I actually cry when I his wife dies at the end! ("She'll be all right. She's just taking a little rest, that's all.") Can you imagine, crying during a 007 movie?!?!
I agree with the others about Daniel Craig; he looks too much like a bad guy! But we'll see...

Sean Connery. He is perfect for that role! As for the new James Bond, I think he has what it takes to be one - the style, the looks, the charm! It's something fresh for 007!

Definitely Pierce Brosnan. Daniel Craig looks so gay in this role. He can't even get the pout right! If I were to pick who'd make a good Bond, it would be Gerard Butler, hands down. \m/

I liked Pierce Brosnan. Sorry to see him gone from the Bond scene.
The new movie looks like it will have a lot of action in it. We'll have to wait and see about the new "Bond" though, eh?

totally unpopular but i liked Timothy Dalton the best; i think he only did one movie. i don't care about the latest one. i still think sean connery is too much identified with Bond for anyone to ever really successfully replace him.
