Moody People?

I unfortunately have to answer phones and deal with the public coming into my office and I've noticed that in general people are much more aggressive and abusive than they were say five years ago. It does ruin my day when someone is abusive to me - just for answering the phone to them! - and I can tell you I certainly do not go out of my way to help these people - I will however if you are civil while you speak to me. Usually as well people can abusive towards me and when they speak to for example a solicitor (I'm just the secretary!!!) they aren't abusive to them - that annoys me - there is no need for it and it really is so disrespectful.

Life makes people bitter and twisted. Certain things happen throughout a persons life that makes them view things differently to others.

If you are not bitter and twisted then you should be able to shrug off others actions and not have a private vendetta against a certain person.

I know what you mean. Sometimes people like that can really ruin my day. i'm nice to people first off cos everyone is equal and all have their own problems in life but when i go to clubs or even walk down the street the girls are awful. you go to the toilets at clubs and you've gotta be really prepared cos there's always a pack of them all perving at themselves in the mirror. ya know what though, you're completely right, they're unhappy and just want us to be unhappy too. dont let it work on you;)

When I don't have a good meal I get irritated and very emotional. Sometimes I get violent and hurt people in many ways. Afterward I feel very bad for what I had done and regret ever being mean! I'm so sorry to everybody I hurt!! I truly am! :(

There will be a high increase in this type of person on the High St as Christmas nears.........oh help!

Some people get joy from making other people miserable as they are jealous of the happiness other people have.

i know what you mean, i hate people like that. they think they have the right to say what they want to anyone. its usually people that are arrogant and big headed. they think it gets them attention.

so you have never ever had a bad day...........

when people are messed around and treated like crap,sometimes it the next person who comes along that gets the flak..
