Muscle repair...Any foods that are good for rebuilding muscle after workout/work. Thanks?
Recently started at UPS and that is some good down and dirty work right there. Any help would be appreciated.

PROTEIN! Within 45 min of working out, make sure you take in as much lean protein as you can and avoid eating carbs. Try eggs, chicken breast, or protein bars and shakes. If you want to drink something, have a glass of skim milk. It's got 8g of protein. I usually do a piece of fruit before I workout because it gives me a quick energy boost (because of the sugar). Good luck!

You might want to check out Physique Workout Maximizer Supplement. It's all natural. It uses Bio-Build to give you the nutrients you need to rapidly recover and repair muscle tissue. It relieves muscle aches caused by lactic acid buildup after any type of workout.
It has 18 vitamins and minerals and essential amino acids, and gives your muscles a healthy recovery and helps you avoid post-workout pain.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me if you are interested in the website.

I drink Muscle Milk after I work out. It's really helps rebuild and repair your muscles faster and it actually tastes like a regular milkshake. I recommend the Cookies n Cream or the Banana shake.

I worked at UPS for 6 years so I know what you mean.
I always have whey protein and a banana after every workout. I put it all in a blender and mix it up with water

protein is the answer but i would recommend a brand called bulk muscle, no fat in it, you do not want a muscle builder that has fat in it as you will gain fat as well as muscle.
email me and i will tell you how to get the bulk muscle formula

milk, and lean chicken breasts. Stretch before and after work - tighten quads and release - gatorade. If it's too sweet for you, dilute it with water. Good Luck!

you should be taking in protein..but liquid, like a protein shake
your body absorbs it much faster than it would if you were eating like chicken or tuna
