Why am I so sick?
I'm like seriously sick. Ok well I like have REALLY bad stomach pain and I'm vomiting and I have watery diarrhea. I'm constantly belching and I don't know why. Everytime I belch it lets out a really foul odor. I have noticed blood in my vomit but only once or twice. does anyone know what this can be? I feel like someone's burning my stomach from the inside. Help please?

It could be anything...if this just came on it sounds like stomach flu or food poisoning. If this has been ongoing, then it could be something more serious. GO TO THE DOCTOR ASAP. Vomiting blood is nothing to mess with.

Go to the doc. There are a lot of things that could be causing this but only a dr. will be able to do the tests needed. I don't know how long you have been sick but usually the first thing with vomiting and diarrhea is to go onto a clear fluid diet for 24 to 48 hour to give everything a rest. The blood in your vomit is not a good thing obviously, and could be signs of a gastric ulcer. Please go to the doc asap.Best of luck.

sounds like a stomach virus. regardless, any excretions like you state should be brought to a doctor's attention, it could be serious if there is blood coming out of anything. go to a doctor ASAP.

well obviously acute gastroenteritis, cause could be viral or bacterial...id say bacterial with the gas and all. 24 hours clear liquid diet, let it run itself out if its going to, if not better, or other symptoms develop, see a doc.

This is no place for medical advice other than to see your doctor. You could dehydrate or become anemic. See your doctor ASAP!
