What's more important in meeting someone : Looks or personality?

In my experience I have learned that if you have alot of things in common with someone, enjoy talking to them,and love how they make you feel as a person, someone that maybe only average in looks can become the sexiest person you know.

You want to first go by looks, does this person appeal to you. Some men like a women with dark skin or black hair or no tatoos or short or chubby etc. Find the looks that appeal to you.

Then just as important as LOOKS is PERSONALITY. You need to spend time with this person, talking, going out, getting to know each other. Keep it innocent. Please no sex or anything sexual in the first month or two. You need to get to know the REAL person not just the person they want you to think they are.

Many of us wear MASKS. We hide behind these masks through out life. We put a mask on when we fear, loathe, fell superior, been abused, are greedy, are self-centered and so on. You need the mask to come down and reveal the true person.

Most people wear mask when meeting a possible mate for the first time. We are not who we seem. Some very genuine people do not wear masks in this situation but this is only a small minority of people.

You need to get the know the person well, lots of talking, asking questions, going to different places and just connecting. No connection, or you dont like want you see, move on. If personalities dont mesh well trouble happens later (hense divorce or being dumped).

Never never pick by looks alone. This Hot chick could be a real witch in disquise.

Ok, looks is what makes you notice the person in the first, however, even though they 'look good' they could turn out to be a youknowot!

personally my kinda guy would be curly on the 3 stooges, he was sexy in every way- simply because he was so much fun, I cant even imagine being with a guy like that! he was the bomb!!!!

Is a confusing question. Personality hands down. The way a person acts will tell you how attractive they really are. Get it?

Both are equally important i think because you have to be attracted to the person your with but you also have to get along with them.

I know that looks are the things that make our first impression but we need to learn to drop our firsts and make our seconds matter.

WELL I THINK THAT BOTH ARE REALLY IMPORTANT TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE BECAUSE ONE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GREAT PERSONALTYAND LOOK GREAT AT THE SAME TIME I THINK IF YOU DONT HAVE A GREAT LOOK OR PERSONALTY THEN WHO IS GOIN TO BE AROUND YOU OR DATE YOU WITH BAD PERSONALTY AND YOUR LOOKS ARENT WORTH LOOKING AT BUT YEAH I THINK YOU NEED BOTH TO BE ATTRACTED TO ONE ANOTHER.

you know, personality is really important to me, but so are looks. you can't base your decision totally on looks, but they are important, no denying.
