    What do u mean (1) find a number by looking at the name...or (2)using a name for ur phone #

    well if the phone number is american you can do a reverse lookup and that will give the details name and address of who owns it.

    You can try anywho.com, they have a reverse lookup but it doesnt work on cell phones
