This means that people cannot post any questions, answers, comments, links, or avatars showing things that contain profane words, obscene images, or are otherwise vulgar or sexually explicit in nature or language. In other words, you are not allowed to swear or use pictures that have swear words in the caption. You may not post obscene or vulgar language or photos. We have users at the age of 13 years old, and we ask that people keep this in mind while they are asking about sexually explicit or vulgar topics. Yes, some people have questions about their sexual health, we simply ask that you ask these questions using the appropriate medical terms in the correct section. We also ask that photos of this nature not be displayed in the community.
If anybody has further questions you can email us at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com to discuss it.

Absolutely nothing. The idiots making the decisions here have no chance of enforcing it in any rational manner.
Profane: nonreligious in subject matter.
Vulgar: spoken by or expressed in language spoken by the common people
It means that you can't post a link to a photo of "Dick Cheney" if his name appears in the caption.
There must be exceptions since most questions fail the profane and vulgar definitions I selected.
