What's your favorite calzone filling combination?

Just a fun question to get you all distracted at work!

...feeling kinda hungry and I'm thinking about ordering a calzone from the ritzy (but yummy) new pizza shop they just opened up downtown for dinner tonight.

There are three kinds of cheese that come in it already...and then you pick some add-ins. I was thinking sundried tomatoes and prociutto?

What do you guys think?

    I would go for some artichoke hearts, chicken breast, pecans and kalamata olives. yummy. On top of what you're already getting of course.

    Artichoke hearts, proscuitto (sp) and mushrooms and sometimes a spicy peperoni sliced thick.
