If you look at the Leaderboard (person at highest level with most points) here:

You will see that there are quite a few people at level 7.
In fact, there are 279 people at level 7 as of last week!

Yes. According to the leaderboard on Monday there were at least 279 users who were at level 7, and I would imagine this number has risen a little since then.

Yes several people have gotten to level 7. It is possible, but they are on Y!A all the time.

lol, yes its possible. Im working on it myself. The non cheating way. Im not sure what ill do when I get there. I know I wont feel any different. BUT, I like the site and it gives me something to do.
