Can a doctor remove sperm from a mans testicles after a vasecetomy?
I was wondering how it works.I thought that the sperm were still alive and then travelled up to the vas deferens where the blockage was made and were absobed or died there.

During a vasectomy, the cords leading from the testicles to the prostate area is severed inside the scrotum. It is quite minor surgery really and usually done with just a local.
Once the cords are cut, it takes a few months to completely evacuate all the sperm from the upper part of the cords and the reservoir where semen is prepared for ejaculation. Once this has happened, normal sexual activity will still be possible as will ejaculation. all that is missing is the sperm itself.
Later on, if the man needs to resume his sperm inclusion in his ejaculate, he can often have the vasectomy reversed. Although it is a bit trickier procedure, it too is pretty straightforward surgery. However, in the event the vasectomy cannot be reversed, as long as the testicles are functioning normally there are techniquse for extracting sperm more directly from the testicles. Well
Most often premature ejaculation occurs in younger men, but it can affect men of all ages. There could be a number of different reasons for the problems, both physical and psychological. The good news is that there are certain solutions available that have proven effective, such as the Ejaculation Trainer (see site here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565), which can show a man how to develop permanent ejaculation control. By successfully addressing a man’s ejaculation concerns and teaching him how to control it, he will quickly become more confident and both he and his partner will be much more satisfied.
I hope it helps

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/evUjZ
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.

they don't die, thay have to be expelled by ejaculating. then you would have to make a special test to make sure that there is no more sperm on the semen
