When in the day is the best time to burn maximum calories through exercise?

    Traditionally fitness experts have said that in the morning on an empty stomach is the best time to burn fat. There are various studies that cast doubt on that and nutritionists who will say that the body is just to smart for tricks like that to have much effect, but nonetheless it works out great for a lot of people, especially those that get nauseous doing intense cardio anytime soon after eating anything.

    I read somewhere that the best time to exercise is late in the morning, around 10-11. Though I don't know whether it's the best time to burn calories.

    Muscle strengthening exercises will burn calories for a few hours after you finish exercising, while aerobic exercises will not.

    I heard that people that exercised for 30 minutes twice a day lost alot more weight than people that worked out once a day for an hour. It keeps your metabolism at a high level all day.
