Human Resources?

I'm leaving my current job....

I want to request copies of my performance reviews from our HR department...are they required to give them to me?

    If you live in the UK then there is the Data Protection Act 1998 which means to are allowed access to any information that is published on you. I am not sure if you live outside the UK if there is a similar law?
