Adopting an orphan from VietNam?

I am currently residing in Germany. I work in an orphanage in VietNam, Kontum (Vinh Son 1 and 2). I know that to adopt to Italy, USA and France is common enough. A few years back VietNam changed certain political policies that accidentally made it illegal to adopt a child into Germany. There has been talk about this avenue re-opening. Are there any sites or people I can talk to (English) that may help me find out if it is now possible?

The adoption is not for me, I am Australian. It is for a German couple who help me and others to financially support the orphanage.

I'm a Vietnamese who live in Australia, I seen all these orphan kids and it really hurt. It nice to hear that someone have the heart to rescue these poor kid out.

The Vietnamese government are very strict on everything, hopefully someday the country will become democratic and save it people from poverty and disease. Good luck with what you doing, because rescuing each kid out of the orphanage is a blessing to both you and humanity
