Microdermabrasion for "sun spots"?

That is an excellent option. You don't need to go to a doctors office for a microdermabrasion. That costs a lot and you end up with highly irritated skin for days. I suggest an at home treatment. I don't have sun spots but I do have acne scars and I use Ponds Anti-Aging Microdermabrasion Kit. You can find it at Target, Walmart for about $11. It really does work, you'll notice a difference in about 2 weeks.

But for sun spots, Mary Kay has a new formula that is designed to make those blemishes go away, it is called "Even Complexion Essence." I know women and men who have rosatia and it's done wonders on their reddish spots on the skin.

It would help some but it would require having it done several times which can get kind of pricey. i would look into some sort of laser resurfacing or just set up an appointment with a dermatologist and they will help figure out the best treatment for your skin.
