I have Xbox live and recently got wireless connection and i cant play with 2 or 3 people before getting logged

    Xbox Live has a pretty good system that disables anyone with a too slow internet connection from participating. That is why one of the requirements is broadband. You might have Dial-Up or something slow like netscape or some crap.
