THE MOST IMP FEATURE b/w THEM IS SE 950i HAS NO CAMERA
Go for N93 bcoz it has excellent Camera Quality
& when compared to SE 950 or p990...
SE 950 it rocks 4GB of flash memory n It's also capable of handwriting recognition.
