Very Emotional?

Is it normal to be really emotional during the begining of pregnancy. I'm 6 weeks and it seems like almost everyday i want to cry, sometimes for no reason at all. Is this normal? And if so why?

Yes it is 100% normal, your body is completely alien to you now and you are also probably a little stressed at the prospect of giving birth, especially if it is your first which I am guessing it is. Each pregnancy is different,I am expecting my sixth child in April and I find a am a lot more emotional than ever before which can often be a result of expecting a girl which I am after having four boys.

Allow yourself to get emotional,it is a very special time for you and unless it is stressing you out you should embrace it as it is extremely natural to feel this way. Congtraulations

Very normal. I'm at 15 weeks and I cried during a dog show this morning. Why? I have no idea.

Yes very normal. It lasts a while too. Its normal to cry for no reason, and its normal for things to irritate you more than before.

very normal, dont forget your hormones are raging. you almost double the amount of hormone, if not more. treat yourself to a manicure, skip tyhe pedicure as a massage to the feet can cause the uterus to contract. proven fact. good luck

Very normal--as long as your thoughts aren't destructive...I cried about happy things (especially things revolving around kids) and I cried for ridiculous reasons...

If you are depressed and crying, please talk to your OB or someone who can help you.
