How do you get the front off a GE dryer?

    First remove the top. Open the door and locate two screws at the top of the opening. Once those are out the top will lift up, forward and off.

    Then you will have access to the two screws from the inside that hold the front on.

    With those out the front will simply pull out and lift off.

    Take a look at this website it will give you step by step repair guides and pictures with parts if you need them. Great site I have a GE and have used this for a squeaky drum.
