She has a boyfriend, so I would say: no. Dont ask her out until she's alone. Also you need to try being her friend. A lot of people make the mistake to think because they work together, go to the same school or live on the same area they are known to eachother. You should really just wait, especially if she has a boyfriend. You can't just go and make a move on this girl when she already has a boyfriend, that might make her not like you. I think you should just wait and see what happens.
