If you want to continue to look young you should start a beauty routine now. Start with a mild face cleanser followed with a toner that has alpha hydroxy acids in it. ( fruit extracts) Then follow with a non greasy moisterizer that has a SPF in it of 15. Do this daily and you will have awesome skin. Nuetrogena has great products that are not harsh. I am 33 and still get carded and always get compliments on my skin cuz I take care of it and started at about 22 with a regimen that I do daily.

Wow, I wish I took better care of my skin when I was your age! I have been using some anti-aging products that reverse the signs of aging, but it is better to avoid the problem to begin with.

Its a fact that the sun is the most damaging of all and using a sunscreen every day, indoors and out is essential. They say that the sun can even reflect around a room!

i am 25 and young as well and i don't use anti wrinkle cream but i do use moisturizer and stuff. i have been told by countless older women to start now and not to wait until i get the wrinkles. good luck!

I beleive that healthy diet and regular exercises will help to keep you young forever.
