Its a huge scam they were talking about it on the local news here a few months ago. Basically they tell you that you have to pay them 500 us dollars to claim your prize. Then they get your bank acct. Info and drain your accounts. If you didnt buy a ticket, or sign up in a draw to win something. Assume its a scam.
