Buying correct memory card for computer?
I need to buy a memory upgrade for my computer. I was told I need 512 MB single sided 400 Mhz. I searched online but want to be sure I get the single sided not the double sided. What are exact wording I need to get what I need. Thanks.
I have an eMachine T3504 tower Inteleron Processor 352 - was told I need to add more memory but has single sided memory card and needs additional memory to run properly.

You might be better off going to Crucial.com or one of the other good memory sites and letting them test your machine. They can tell you exactly which configuration will and won't work on your motherboard. It's possible to save a lot of money by getting an expert's advice on that.

what you are looking for is a memory stick...not memory card..and it depens on what type computer you have...it will be helpful if you put the model number or something...but most likely, u need a "512mb pc3200 ddr"

that's exactly the memory your computer needs

but you can get it somewhat cheaper from Newegg (this is guaranteed the same)

go to http://www.kingston.com/
they have a great memory card finder, you just select your computer, make, etc.
