At home workout machine for strength training?
I have a treadmill, which I use a lot. But I want a machine that will build muscle and target upper and lower muscle groups. Preferrably, it would work my arms and legs ... What is the best machine for this kind of workout?

Nautilus makes some good home gym equipment. I have one that has attachments that can be added and removed to work legs. Check out Consumer reports and then compare prices and specs at www.mysimon.com.
Keep in mind that you don't ave to fave an expensive gy to get fit at home. You can start out with dumbells, elastic bands and a jump rope. The most important thing is that you start moving :-}

Yoga and pilates are sturdy. also, stability balls are incredible to artwork with and they in straight forward words fee about $15 for a cheap one. i might want to point Yoga: The Poetry of the body through Rodney Yee for yoga.
