Turn off Computer??
Why, after long periods of idle, does my PC show the "Turn Off Computer" box with the three choices & cancel. It's normally left on overnight, and when the monitor is turned on in the morning, the above box/window is shown. Doesn't happen regularly though.
I run anti-spyware/virus faithfully.

you might haveaccidently pressed turn off...! If the problem exists, I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems.
Some RAM/hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in/ useful. Try this site, if you can get what is required.
