How do you feel, when someone has broken their trust?
Broken Trust
By: Kenny P. aka- Cobra
Friends come and then they go,
leaving behind, the pain which they committed.
From the trust, that was given to them freely,
with no concern, of the destruction they inflicted.
How do I believe others, from this moment on?
and how many more years, must I try?
To accept the fact, that people are hurtful,
and I’ve learned my lesson, I will not cry.
Where do, these people come from, and I ask,
what manner of iron will, must some people possess.
To enjoy hurting others, with their broken trust,
and always looking forward, to never accept regress.
So if sometimes it seems to you.
I’m clinging to the past.
It’s mostly because, I can’t yet accept,
The trust, that didn’t last.

Beautiful poem - as usual.
I hate the broken trust - between people you once cared for. You feel vulnerable, hurt, lost......
You are depressed when you've been deceived. It hurts terribly.

like it is the end of the world, and everything u loved and believed in was never there at all, like it was but an illusion, a dream u had. it is okay to cry when we have been hurt. all people are not hurtful, just some of them. yes when this happens it does do a number on our own belief system, as we truly believed in this person, and we are completely destroyed because we put so much trust in them. must not cling to the past, it is never good. just keeps us in the pain. we need to release that person who hurt us, let him go free for as long as we continue to want an apology or we want them to change their minds and pick us over her, we will indeed remain bitter. do we really want him back? i think not. who wants to suffer your entire life with someone u will never be able to trust again.

My pastor requested me to assist with the bible summer season camp. We were 3 instructors and we had determined that i might want to be in fee of the worship. They were no longer happy with the selections I made. truly they purely needed the more youthful human beings to be babysitters for the little ones. i determined that the more youthful human beings might want to dance 2 songs. on the most suitable minute the pastor's spouse tells me that my area might want to be decrease out. I defined that the more youthful human beings had labored puzzling on the dance and how that would make the more youthful human beings experience excluded. After that I note a replace in her being short with me and the pastor himself wasn't himself. it really is a small church and that i might want to tell through what fairly some the church individuals might want to assert that she were gossiping about me. i believe like she has damaged that believe and my spirit of attending that church and that i now no longer experience smooth. i'm heavily thinking looking for a diverse church. unhappy in Texas.

Always remember, no matter how hard~~we always heal. Thank God for good mental health, that we can let go of the evils that come in our life and somehow forgive them (for they know not what they are doing). Be strong, as the healthy are happy and good and will live on to be loved again! By those we deserve to love...You will survive and be happy, I know it!

So true! Sometimes I wonder if I can trust anyone ever again. Still I think we all need to trust. Without trust what is left? Nothing!

Way to go Cobra. Your poem expresses everything I felt when my trust was broken. I'm sorry you have felt this way, too. But remember you can heal the pain and go on.
