I am looking for a specifc wedding song?

Question

It is an R&B song I do not remember who it is by but the guy who sings it was in a old group I can not remember the group name but he went solo with in the last two years and he came out with a solo album that had a wedding song in it. I do not know all the words to the song but he is talks about how he is excited to see the person everyday and how they are going to grown old together something to that affect. Does this happen to ring a bell to anyone I am dying to find that song for my wedding. The group he was in was popular in the 80's and they broke up
