No, in Cancun it's all crafts and tee shirts - there are no electronics for sale.
No fake designer stuff, just Mexican hand made things. Great for silver jewelry and Mexican style clothing. Cancun prices are really high, though compared to the rest of Mexico. Rent a car and go to some other cities and get better bargains.

Expect Mexican style dishes, jewelry, etc. Kind of touristy stuff.
You can negotiate for price in many places.
