Re-entering the country with warrants?
I am getting married in Jamaica in a few weeks and my soon-to-be sister-in-law has 2 warrants (1 in TX & 1 in CO) Will she have problems leaving & coming back into the country?

Probably. She may want to clear up the warrants before the wedding or just skip it all together.

Better take care of the warrants. With Security in this country being what is currently is...I wouldn't take a chance.

upon re-entry into USA she could be subject to random check, they find the warrant and she can be jailed and expedited to either TX co to face trial

yes, as a matter of fact she will be detained upon entry into the country. oh theyll let her back in, but only to arrest her, and send her where she belongs. just tell her to stay in jamaica. we dont want to spend our tax dollars feeding her to.
