Which fast food place is the healthiest: Carls Jr., In N Out, or Burger king?

In case you don't know, In N Out is a really good hamburger fast food chain on the west coast.

Update:

Dude. I'm not trying to lose weight. Subway stinks. I'm just curious to know what is healthier. You don't have to be so rude.

No fast food is really healthy. McDonalds, for instance, has a huge canister of salt (something like 1 1/2 feet tall by four inches wide) next to their fries, and their burgers come out of the wrappers drenched in grease. When I go there, I usually get a fish sandwich because of the high grease in the burgers.

You can eliminate Burger King because they are like McDonalds with the oils they use to cook most items. The calorie content is huge for their mainstay burger - the whopper. 550 calories in one burger. The Next Best is Carls Jr, its good but in a burger they have so much condiments like ketchup and the sauce which contains alot of sugar - bad for if you have diabetes. In N Out, is actually the best because they dont cook their freshly cut fries in transfat oils and we know where they get their meat from.

Burger King is probably the healthiest, but when I think fast food I don't really think healthy.

In and Out cooks their burgers with 100% vegetable oil. Other places don't. Plus, their fries are fresh.

OMG I LOVE CARL'S JR, AND IN'N'OUT GIRL!!!!!

PERSONALLY I WOULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CALORIES (at certain times*) AND JUST EAT AT BOTH PLACES.....BUT...i'd gotta say In N Out seems a little bit healthier, seeing the fact that their meat is thinner, and the lettuce fresher and juicer....but a lil' bit GREASIER TOO!....LOL I GUESS ONE BURGER A WEEK WON'T HURT HU?...TEXAS JUST HAS ONE PLACE WITH ONE CARL'S JR RESTAURANT...AND...*gasp* No..IN N OUT....gay hu?

I LIVE IN WACO, TEXAS. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF IN N OUT, I'M SURE ITS A NICE PLACE.... WE HAVE NOT HAD A CARL'S JR., IN ABOUT 20 YEARS...... I MISS THAT PLACE ,THEY HAD THE BEST FISH SANDWICHES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO BURGER KING. EVENTHOUGH WE DO HAVE 2 LOCATIONS. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION,I'LL PICK, CARL'S JR.
